At Hidden Jade Pavilion and Little Jade Pavilion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we hope you treasure each piece, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Because jade is a unique and delicate gemstone, our standard practice is to issue returns as store credit. Limited refunds may be available under specific conditions, as outlined below, to balance customer care with the integrity of our collection.

1. Return Window

  • Notify Within 7 Days: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Ship Within 14 Days: Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • Unaltered (no resizing or modifications)
    • Free of scratches, chips, cracks, or wear
    • Returned with original packaging, certificates, and documentation

Exclusions:

  • Final Sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Returns missing certificates, packaging, or documentation

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Restocking & Handling Fees

  • Standard Handling Fee: A 5% handling fee applies to all accepted returns to cover non-refundable payment processing costs and inspection.
  • Additional Fees: Returned items that show signs of wear, missing parts, or require professional cleaning or repair may incur an additional fee, which will be determined after inspection.
  • Damaged or incomplete items may be subject to further fees or refusal of return.

5. Refunds & Store Credit Policy

  • Hidden Jade Pavilion (HJP): All accepted returns are issued as store credit only (digital gift card). Store credits are processed within 7–10 business days, never expire, and may be used toward any future purchase. Refunds to original payment methods are not available, except if the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Little Jade Pavilion (LJP): Returns under $500 may be refunded to the original payment method if requested within the return window. Returns above $500 are issued as store credit only. Refunds may also be granted if the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
