At Hidden Jade Pavilion and Little Jade Pavilion, every order is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Please review the details below:

1. Order Processing

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
  • Timeline: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Certification Orders: If additional certification (e.g., GIA, Mason-Kay, AGL) is requested, extra processing time will be required. Customers will be notified of the estimated shipping timeframe.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please consult your country’s customs office before purchase.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Rates are calculated by weight and destination. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.
  • International Orders: Rates are calculated by weight and destination. Orders over $3,000 qualify for free international shipping.

4. Responsibility & Delivery

  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier and neighbors, then contact our support team with your order number for assistance.

5. Unboxing & Inspection

  • Video Record Required: Please record the unboxing and inspection immediately upon delivery.
  • Report Issues: Any concerns (damage, missing items) must be reported to info@hiddenjadepavilion.com within 48 hours of receipt.
